Dont get me wrong, I have no objection to the yeast method, provided that a trap is included in the system to prevent accidents of the yeast getting too active and frothing over into the tank, ive seen too many "help" pleas on forums !!
But the OP was asking about carbonated water - - and there are plenty other threads and other places where yeast methods have been discussed to death !
The fizzy drink maker method cost me essentially zero.
I mentioned it in case others had seen them at carboots or wherever and had passed them by.
