Buying A Cheap Tank?

Around here (Cincinnati, OH.) used is about $1 a gallon, tank only.

I went to Big Al's recently and saw that they had a 75gal aquarium for 120$, a matching glass hood for $110 so total $230 for the aquarium and hood.

Another price was $430 for the 75gal aquarium + glass hood + wooden stand

So I just wana ask, is this a good deal or not?
