My tank currently has: 30 Gallons.

six guppies.
Six platy's.
Four sword tail.

All breeding has seemed to stop, one girl is two months over due and should be having her babies once again, though right now I'm treating the water for bacteria. How long until after they are ready to start breeding again?

Water tep is between 81 - 79.

That is pretty high temperature.  My guppies breed better at about 76-78, sometimes females will slow down their fry's development because she feels like it isn't safe for her babies or she feels scared or even just wants to wait for them to have a better chance.

How many males do you have of each breed?

1 male assorted platy
1 male tri-color platy and two male guppies.

The ratio seems good, are you just letting your swordtails and platy fish cross breed?
Sometimes they may just not have babies, it happens to me.  The medication may also be affecting them, they may not like it very much so they wont have any babies until they like the water.
