hi i have a 60 litre tank and want to breed fish as a new and interesting challenge. i am wondering what are the most rewarding fish to breed and most interesting to watch. i don't really want to breed live bearers because it would be hard to get rid of them i also have a 10 gallon and 8 gallon empty at the moment and want to utilise them
thanks

Before you consider breeding find out if/where you can pass the new fish on to. A lot of LFS will not take fish unless the person has a breeding license and even then will possibly want to inspect your setup.

Last thing you want is to be breeding fish you can't rehome :)

I know we cant name names but there are sites u can sell fish from - worked well for me, i find lfs prefer to give u store credit. ive bred apistos myself, currently trying blue rams and endlers

what about gold gouramis i already have a female are they easy to pare. there are many websites to sell fish in ireland where i live and the pet shops i buy from do buy

Having recently sold alot of young fish, my Platies were the first ones to go... Don't just rule them out straight away.
