Hey slt/Cryosi,

I'm not sure which one of you has one of these, but I need the latin name so I can get my lfs to order one for me.

Also if you can post a link or an image of one would be great.

hi ccl dont no the latin name, but its the atyid species, theres a post some were on the forum, rells you all about them, but not sure if its still on i'll check it out,

he's just shed and thats his couler now, i'm working on getting pics lol

so whys it called blue fan? It looks green to me

How are they with other tank occupants? Other 'smaller' shrimps etc?

no tis blue lol i'dont no how they'd be with other smaller shrimp species
don't think i'd try cause they are big shrimps, but i no he's safe with fish, he's never troubled mine, i want'ed to get a mate for him but have'nt seen any since, but if i do i'm going to get one, light blue after sheding, then he goes a darker blue, but just before he sheds he's a realy deep blue colour,

perhaps blue fan is what your lfs called it.
