can somebody tell me if these are a male and female ,

Males will tend to have longer dorsal fins and females will be generally rounder with pinkish bellies. Easy fish to sex imho even when young.

Hard to tell with that picture. Possibly male and female, but would need a closer up shot to tell. Some of the experts may know from that, but I think the colourful one could be either. How old are they?
