Bloated Female Molly

My Dalmatian Molly began to get real big after having her first brood. I nick named her fatso before realizing it wasn't just from overeating. The prognosis was not good from what I found through research and sure enough she was "fins up" this morning. It was driving me crazy as to the reason why she blew up so I decided to do an autopsy. Tried to attach a pic but error message said the file's too big (lame). It was mostly fluid that came out when I initially cut her open, and then what looks like an egg sack (with eggs in it) came out of the body cavity. Don't know how long she was carrying it around and how that affected her ultimate demise. Maybe someone else has an educated opinion.
