black spots and hair on Cryptocoryne

Hi everyone,

I have a 110 lt tank with a mother Cryptocoryne crispatula var. balansae ,the tank is 4 months old and cycled.

The mother cryptocoryne has 4 leaves when I first set up the tank,now it has 12 leaves besides it has given 5 baby cryptocorynes with 3-4 leaves.It has grown very fast ,I can say the leaves are almost 50 cm.

my first question;On one of the leaves there are 2 holes of 4 mm diameters approx. on the edge of leaf,what are those holes?I use iron fertilizer,change 25% water weekly,12 hrs of lighting,water temp:26 and ph=7.4 water is hard

second question;Again On one of the leaves of Cryptocoryne there are black
points and 1 mm long black hair bunch coming out from this spot,
