black skirts are known fin nippers so they might have a go at the endlers.
Keep a school of black skirts and there should be less problems.

My endlers are in a species tank because I am concerned about larger fish in general being aggressive with them. Since they are so small, that means most fish are bigger than I would like with them. Black skirts are notorious fin nippers as Colin T said so I would not even consider them with my endlers.
