I think you should post another thread in the buy sell section and let the boys and girls/pretty and ugly have it out here.

Besides, it would be nice to know the outcome of your fish dilema. Being very ignorant, I would like to know why you must get rid of your fish and what that has to do with Malawi tanks.

Pretty Electric Blue fish! :D

well i am desperatly gutted to be saying goodbye to my malawi. i have really enjoyed looking after them over the past few years but i also bought a marine tank last year and the bug has got me. i am now going to use my 565 litre tank as a marine tank.

I have a 5" Electric Blue Fryeri that I adore  , but my hubby thinks he looks like a trout :-(

WOW that is a stunning freibergi. i had one of those, not quite as stunning. how anyone can call these fish ugli :grr:

I know how attached to fish one can get. I am spending about $2000 dollars so I can keep my Mobas. So you won't have any Africans at all?

well its a serious toss up between keeping my livingstonii or my wife. i would have to get another big tank to keep him in and i dont think my wife would tollerate "another blasted fish tank" and the pull of the salty side is very strong.

 All my family think I am seriously nuts  :S

I promised myself not to get any more fish or tanks. Sunday I set up a 125 usg for my six Moba fronts. Today I went on a spending spree at Aquabid for fish to go with the Mobas. The tank is already stocked.

half of my family think im nutts too, and half my mates. they have learnt not to ask questions as i dont shut up about it after.
i guess everyone needs a hobby or something to be passionate about, no one hobby is better or worse than the other, its just what you enjoy.
funnily enough though since i have had the marine going, alot of my family/friends have seen it, watched me add various specimens of gorgeous coral and wanted one. i reckon i may be able to convert them! :hey:

Good luck on that. If not they will be able to watch yours. It would be nice if you got a fishie mate/friend though.

Some of my extended family actually get snide. :X

I wouldn't get rid of the wife.
