Betta with red markings and weird white dot?

There are various red markings and a white dot on my betta. Is this bad, should I be concerned.

Does your betta also have fin rot?? It almost looks that way... The white dot could very well be a bacterial infection. What are tour tank parameters?

My ammonia and nitrite test kits have not come yet, but i did 3, 50% water changes yesterday. Ph: 7.5. Tem: 27 Degreees celsius.

Only reason I asked was because the top fin looks just a little torn... The white spots could be ich, but I'm not 100% sure

its because i had a sharp, sharp decoration in there. I removed it.

The white spots? No... It could have orginated from an injury but its not the injury its self...

ok, ill put some aqaurium salts in.

Then his fin could've been torn and then an infection entered into his body

I truthfully do not know in this circumstance.... If its ich, it may not work, but if its just a simple bacterial infection it might...
