Bbc2 - Animal Park - Wild On The West Coast

Anyone been watching this new nightly series on BBC 2? Its been very good so far. I'd love to go visit that aquarium - 5 million gallons!!

Anyway, tonight might be interesting. Apparently there is an operation being performed on a fish (not sure what species) underwater!

It's on 6pm BB2 week nights. It's been great so far. Love the Sea otters too. They are such great little characters.

They performed an operation on a Rock fish last night.

Love the little Great White too. He is so adorable. Looks like a monster till they show you how small he really is. Hope he doesn't start eating his tank mates like the other White did.

I have watched a few, the one about them seals being hunted off the island and then repopulated themselves really quick was good.

Turns out I missed the rest of the episodes Oh well, its one of those programs that will probably be repeated

Really hope so. Even though I watched every episode. The best was the final episode, where they rescued a few days old baby whale (think they said it was a grey whale) and actually hand reared her and eventually released her. It was a beautiful story and really brought a tear to one's eye. She was incredible, all 9 tons of her when she was released.

Lets hope they do repeat it.
