Thought i would start a new journal for this one.

In theory it is going to be a very basic setup with plants etc so should be quite a simple tank to look after.

Tank: 24x15x12 70 litres

Light: 48 LED clip on light

Substrate: Play Sand

Fertiliser: Full EI

Co2: None

Flora:

Alternanthera Roseafolia (Thanks Tanksalot)
Christmas Moss
Elodea
Hydrocotyle sp. Japan (Thanks Jake)
Java Fern
Star Grass (Thanks Steve)

Planned Flora:

Blyxa Japonica
Cryptocoryna Amicorum
Lilaeopsis Brasilliensis

Fauna:

1 pair of Apistogramma Cacatuoides Double Red

Planned Fauna:

8 Corydoras Melini
8? Green Fire Tetra

May add another light (the same) if i feel the need to. Shall be adding the planned fauna when i dismantle a nano sometime this week. Believe the wood needs a little adjustment, but will do that when the other plants get added.

Thanks. Will try and snap a few of the female later on, she is starting to show breeding colours, so with a bit of luck there maybe a few eggs soon.

Looking very nice mate, makes me miss my apisto though, they look great in these size tanks..

The scape is really nice, is the roseafolia cutting really small or am i missing it!? Its just that i like it haha
