Basic Brackish Water Advice

I am thinking of setting up a small brack water tank with 1 or 2 dwarf pufferfish. I know that the water needs to bee slightly salty but other than that i dont really know anything. Could you please give me some advice or tips on how to set up a small brackish aquarium,
