I'd like to start a new aquarium where there a only fish, coral, etc. that were once natives of Australia but I'd like your help in choosing which equipment and living things I should buy.

The only thing that is a requirement are clown fish because I think they are AWSUM

Best head to the marine section and get reading, loads and loads of info in he guides over there, and start saving up because marine stuff is rather expensive to set up. Probably 3-4 times more money than setting up the same size tropical freshwater tank.
