Bamboo Shrimp

Good guess, that is exactly what they are on, a fake piece of wood. That was before I discovered real hardwood that sinks. (forgot the name of the stuff)

any advice?

I had a few amano shrimps in my 20G before I got my bamboo shrimp. They are at their best when kept in groups. They are great algae eaters as well. Never kept amanos and bamboos togetherr before though.

I have a 30 gallon (US) long planted aquarium that I house 12 "bamboo shrimp" (Atyopsis moluccensis), 6 Amano shrimp (Caridina japonica), around 100 snowball shrimp, around 30 dwarf Cajun crayfish, 9 pencilfish, and 3 otocinclus. It's filtered with an Eheim 2213 and gets added water current from a Maxi-Jet 600 powerhead. The tank's been running for over a year now.
