Just keep going as you are hon, I set up my new tank Monday, washed the sand and still got cloudiness. It has mostly settled now, just keep changing!

Oh dear I will change some more of the water tonight.... what an idiot I am lol.

Is there anything else I could do to speed it up??

You could always add a second filter with loads of filter floss? If you happen to have a spare filter.
If not then there isn't much you can do other than more water changes.
