i sale discus and betta's from my own flat got 3 shop racks sat up plus the betta tanks got around 19 tanks set up but wife getting bit pee'ed off with the tanks in the front room and having people around buying the fish and staying for long time

dont forget about all the light/heating bills and the wter bills. i would also do ponds, and have a wide selection of cichlids

just working it all out going to cost alot to start up
no i havent for gotten about all the light/heating bills and the water bills \\

been trying to get hold of the landlord to work something out with him but no luck as yet as agents can be a pain in the bum

wife been great in the last 15months but she's only justed started to go on about it because of her sister comes up every wk now and everytime she walks in the door she goes on about the rack of tanks i have in the front room on the back wall and on the other wall ill see if i can get a photo of it and thats with out 30 odd little tanksaround 5 ltrs in the kitchen that i house my betta crowntails males that i sale

yes got a update

was on the phone to the elec poeple about the shop and on the phone to the water board not really good news works out in the rent the rates the water and elec bill and insurance i got to take before i buy stock for the shop works out at just under £2,400 a month before anything else


found a lock up with water and elec was cheaper on rent only 75.00 pounds a wk on a month to month rent no lease terms for a max of 18months
but the rates was doubled the shop rates so would of been around 200.00 pounds cheaper then the shop.


so i may be going another route getting a lock up in taunton or a shed from one of the farmers in taunton going to ask at around then start from there save the money up then go for the shop in bridgwater going to lower my sights a little

One of the best fish shops in Sheffield is out of a lock-up/garage. It's not much to look at from the outside, but the inside and stock speak for themselves.

plus on top of that wife and i just set down to work out the money for the shop in bridgwater and we would have to find 3,680 pounds a month (if not more)to pay for the rent on our flat and (poll tax not called that but u know what i mean lol) plus we will lose our family tax cred and working tax cred and our rent paid for plus we get play group fee's (15hrs free a wk)paid for our 3yr old daughter thats free at the moment prob forgot something in that lot as well

all adds up at the end of the day !!!
