The Seachem product should be fine to use. It actually has sodium chloride in, which is not normally found in high concentrations in Rift lakes but won't harm the mollies. The link below has the ingredients for the product. Click the ingredients tab.

Seachem sells the buffers separately but you won't need them if your pH is above 7.0.

I use Aquasonic Rift Lake conditioner, which contains similar ingredients and a few buffers to raise the KH and pH. See the following link. The Seachem product does not raise the pH so you won't have to worry about it going too high.
