All you'll need is a CO2 bottle and off you go ;)

Its all used and no longer has the new shine... but was all in perfectly good working order when I stopped using it.

£60 for the kit

I also have another of the Aqua Medic CO2 solenoid valves
£20 for the single valve...

P&P will be £10 for an insured courier. (collection is free :))
(if paying with paypal fees on top)

Does the Co2 kit fit an FE ?

And the kit for £60 includes

1x glass ceramic diffuser
1x Aqua Medic CO2 solenoid valves (240V UK plug)
1x Aqua Medic Regulator / pressure reducer (with built in needle valve)
1x Aqua Medic Bubble counter.
4.5m of pipe too.

If so is it still available ?

Hi,

Yep - its still available.

I've not used it on a fire extinguisher, but after doing a bit of reading, aquamedic says "fits industry standard CO2 cylinders"
and a bit more reading says that fire extinguishers use a standard thread size.

I'll double check tonight as I use a fire extinguisher co2 canister for work and its sat in the garage.

So does the kit include:

1x glass ceramic diffuser
1x Aqua Medic CO2 solenoid valves (240V UK plug)
1x Aqua Medic Regulator / pressure reducer (with built in needle valve)
1x Aqua Medic Bubble counter.
4.5m of pipe too

I just noticed it has a fixed working pressure is this correct as i need to run higher that 1.5 bar.

LP

thats whats included ;-)

Not sure about pressures... I'll have a play tonight and let you know.

Just out of curiosity what are you going to be using it for??

It would be for co2 but i use an inline diffuser which needs 2bar or higher.

Good news...

It fits straight onto a fire extinguisher.

And having opened the tank, the dials show 2bar on the regulated side. Picture attached.

I think i will have to leave this one mate, im worried about the fixed working pressure as my inline requires a high bar. I am starting a smaller nano so i may come back to you on this item though.

Thanks for answering my questions. Nice piece of kit i hope you manage to sell it on.

had a better fiddle earlier...

the 1.5 bar fixed limit is with the needle valve fully open.
If you turn the bubble rate down the supply pressure is a lot higher.

With a bubble rate of approx 60 per min it holds the pressure at about 3.4bar. and even if you need to go a lot highter its still well above the 1.5fixed. I turned it up a bit to approx 200 per min and the pressure was still holding at 2.9bar...

Hope thats more useful to you... :)

Replied to all PM's and got nothing back...

Still for sale.

I'll get a photo later of the actually kit - just to be thorough :)
