Anything But Veiltails...

well i have been looking for quite a while and no luck...all are veiltails!!! i have looked at all pet stores within a 30 mile radius(5 stores!) i am looking for a pair of anything but veiltails. i AM willing to pay shipping but the ones on aqua bid are too much(with shipping) anything is appreciated thanks!

can't help you if we don't know what you're looking for, but if you want a pair because you want to breed, then you don't want anything from petstores anyway, even if they aren't VT. Aquabid's really your best bet. Or a member from this or other betta forums. But I highly doubt you'll get away with getting a good pair without paying shipping costs.

are you looking because you want to breed? It will make a big difference both in the price and the quality of the fish. Also it will make a big difference because people can be a shade touchy about "newbies" breeding bettas because they rarely know what they're getting into. If you wanna breed I hope you have done, or are doing all your research

yes actually i have... a couple of topics down in this forum...but should i breed my veiltails 1st since this is my 1st time?

nah, i wouldn't suggest it. you'll have less trouble getting rid of something from nice lines with an acceptable tail than you will getting rid of a veil tails. Just keep your eye out on aquabid, or in this forum. there are some folks, i think, who are breeding crowntails on here and maybe they will have something you can use, but you will have to look around a bit on here, or create a post asking if anyone is selling sibling pairs on here.
