Be aware that your current knowledge of aquarium keeping may not match with how they do things. This is a big reason why many places look for people who do NOT have experience in their field, so they can train them to be exactly what they want them to be, not constantly argue with 'but I do it like this', 'but I read that you should', etc. Knowledgeable input in the right place and improve things and allow you to move up in the company, at another it can put you on the manager's s*** list and make it a horrible experience for both of you.
