they rarely puff up in captivity, but if taken out of water they may puff up and suck in air and it can kill them

o thats pretty bad! so when the lfs people catch them do they dobble bag and do they keep the bag in da water!

they will double bag any with teeth or beaks, most fish with a way of splitting a bag should be double bagged.

they should catch them in the net and transfer to a pot of water in the tank and then put into a bag with the water

We usually have to put the bigger ones in a polystyrene box when we sell them as they tear straight through the bags.

right cause once i got my 110 litre set up the next one will be about 60 litres with 4 dwarf puffers!
are they slightly brackish?

sand substrate, feed frozen bloodworm and snails the size of their eyes- feed once every 2 days

Dwarf Puffers are completely freshwater.
I'm confused...?...Could someone clarify this for me?

My LFS said that Dwarf Puffers need to have a little salt in the water?

Thanks
