Anyone Know Where I Can Get A 12 Volt Heater?

Does anyone know if it's possible to get a 12 volt water heater to run off the cigarette socket of a car? I need to keep some spare water heated on the move and the fish-r-fun version is 12volt but through a tranformer that runs off the 240v mains. Could I just cut off the transformer and wire in a cigarette socket connector? Any idea's welcome....

Hmm,

Is the heater itself 12v Ac or 12V Dc? If it's a twelve volt dc then yep, should be no problems, just make sure you fuse it. Whats the rating of the heater, should be able to work out the fuse rating for you.
