I am looking for a new pond air pump for my fish room.
If we look at a hailea piston air pump, 120l/min, £52
Hi-blow 100 l/min £280!
Hap hi-blow 100l/min £120
I know the piston pumps are much noisier, but its for a fish room so i don't care. BUT, i have been told the output is measured differently in these types of pumps? I don't really know how much air i will need, but i'd rather not spend £280 if i can get the same thing for £52 with jut a compromise in noise?
Any advise/knowledge appreciated!
