Angels Acting Weird!

Ive noticed for the last couple of days that the 2 large angels have been up at the surface like as if there looking for air,but there is plent of surface movement and loads of air bubbles in the tank,then there normal for a while then back to the top doing the same,any idea's what this and what there doing thumbsup

What is the temperature in the tank? Water parameters?

I don't see any issues with those numbers, assuming the fish are commercially raised and not wild caught.  Can you provide more data for us?  Are these two of a group (how many?), tank size, other fish species?  How long have you had them?  Are they eating normally, and interacting normally?
 
A video would sure help.
