The light grey blotch on top of the fish's head?
It looks like a small patch of colour but could be a scale missing. Monitor it and if it gets worse (bigger) or changes shape, post more pictures. But I doubt it's anything to worry about if the water is clean.
The fish is covered in excess mucous (creamy grey film over its body). This is normally caused by something in the water irritating the fish.
Check the ammonia, nitrite, nitrate and pH of the water.
Do a 75% water change and gravel clean the substrate every day for a week.
Make sure any new water is free of chlorine/ chloramine before it's added to the tank.
