Can anyone tell me what kind of algae this is and how to get rid of it.

Looks like blue green Cyanobacteria. It’s a photosynthetic bacteria rather than a true algae. Best course of action is a black out for about a week to starve it. Not sure if it’s best to leave it all in so it starves or remove as much as possible and then starve out what’s left.

Hows your water change frequency ?
Did you vacuum your gravel while doing the water change ?

Its not algae for sure.
It is a second-hand tank I got, it has been set up for about 2 weeks, the previous owner said they had this problem. I have realised it is ordinary strip lights in it and not aquarium ones so these are getting changed.
