Was wondering would my tank be ok to add maybe 1 r 2 honey gouramis to my tank ??
350 litre tank

2 small angelfish
2 bolivian rams
12 neon tetras
10 rummy nose
5 sterbai corys
5 otto cats
2 small dennision barb same size as the rummy nose going to rehome when bigger
3 platies
2 guppies

Was also thinking bout 2 german blue rams but I'm prob nearly overstocked as it is some help would be good..........

Personally I dont think the two honey gouramis would be a problem, they dont take up a whole load of space...

I'd be more worried about what the angels will eventually do to those guppies and keeping denisonii ina clearly warmer tropical tank when they are a subtropical fish... though tbh so long as its low end tropical (24-25 deg c) they dont seem affected in my experience.

Yeah was sorta thinking that bout the guppies.... My temperature is usually between 24.5 an 26 degrees.....

Would the honey gouramis be better in a pair are just 1 don't want them getting aggressive with each other....

The dennision barbs won't be with me long I only bought them cause they were going cheap at £2 if I was looking to buy them in local fish shops they sell for £12 so prob gonna trade them into local fish shop for something different just waiting to they get a bit bigger....

Honey gouramis are gentle little things, not like the bigger golden and opaline types. Keep a male/female or male/2 females. They are pretty easy to sex, the females tend to be less brightly coloured, often have a horizontal grey stripe on their side and are a lot fatter.
