I just want to say, Rusty is not a veil tail oscar (well sold as a normal tiger oscar) his fins just seem to be bigger than the rest of him again at the moment, last month they were almost in proportion again, so he must be ready for another growth spurt. Plus in the top pic he was flaring at Harry in the tank next door. I dont know why his fins grow then he grows, I guess just another mad fish I own

Rusty is a beaut. He was smaller than i expected (don't know why), but he's beautifull. Chops is the ugly one And he's definately NOT a veil tail. I'd have thought a veil tail oscar would pose a few problems, especially seeing as it isnt a natural occurence (is it?).

Sorry guys I was in a foul mood anyway last night (lack of sleep, poorly child). Rusty reminds me of a puppy thats all legs and paws with his long fins, I am sure he will grow into them one day

Why Bubba?

If fish do hold grudges, I feel sorry for Minxy then for sending Harry to live with me the last couple of months Tigger wont care she is the sweetest oscar on the planet.
