my mom told me the other day (as i was admiring a large 90 gallon corner tank and i hinted it would look nice once our basement was finished) that once it was finished, we could ge the tank since "it would look good in the game room" :D . i'm quite excited. i got on my dad to finish the basement once we got home.

i was wondering what would look good in there? something that's not too expensive, but would look quite flashy.
and i do love puffers...maybe dwarfs?

dwarf puffers are alot of work from what i can gather... i think i could do alot more with a 90 gal

I think dwarf puffers would spoil that tank. Not because they're bad because of they're size they would look ouyt of place. You could a malawi cichlid setup or planted amazonian set up it is all down to your personal preference.

If you like puffers I would keep 8 South American Puffers Colomesus asellus .
These are community puffers and would look great in that tank. They only grow to 4".
Feed them snails to wear their teeth down.

hmm...i'm not sure. i haven't really looked at larger fish since my largest fish tank at the moment is 10 gallons (the 20 has hermits in it). i was considering angels. the puffers sound good too, except i hate snails. haha that would be interesting...

ther lovely fish but i think them in a 90 gal would be a waste of space lol you would never see them and you cant really have many tank mates with them as they will shread other fish alive maby ottos and stuff like that but not any big fish :)

he would want more then 15 tetras and try not to mix tetras with angels as some will go missing :S

rummy nosed are fine with angles, I kept a shoal of 10 with mine before and none of them ever went missing until I made the stupid mistake of adding a CK into that tank... then they all went missing :p but my CK's in another tank now and that tanks fine...

yeah i think you would see cory if you keep then in groupes of proberly about 8 fish in bigger groupes get more adventerous so you will see them more :) then again hwo would you be planning on setting out your tank? would it be planted also if you have sand i think some fish that are wonderful to watch are loaches :)
