Bala Sharks would be to big for that tank, are skittish, and a shoaling fish, not to mention would be hammered by the rtbs. Silver Dollars would probably be to big aswell, it would help to know the dimensions of the tank. Neons would be to much of an easy target for the rtbs. Dont lets this put you off the rtbs, they are a fantastic fish.

Any good pairs with Red Tail Shark and Tiger Barb in this list?

The Kribensis should be fine. Ram's could work, im sure the shop would get them in for you anyway. Angelfish coul probably work, perhaps Pearl Gouramis. And Tiger Barbs should also work.

You can have Pearl Gouramis and Angels with Tiger Barbs?

Its a tough one. In many ways no, because their is a high risk of the tiger barbs nipping the Angels ad Gourmais, however if the Tiger Barbs are kept in a large enough group, it is likely they would'nt bother, however you can never be 100%

I might shy away from it ... I think they would be too slow to even run if confronted by tiger barbs.
