I can imagine, it looks stunning from the pics. You've done a real good job.

Well if you do eventually fancy a new set-up with plants then the planted section on this forum is first class, and so are the regulars!


And some plastic plants do actually look like their real counterparts, you just need to search around for a decent supplier - and with a tank this size i recommend buying in bulk from the net - as plastic plants [as you may well know] cost a small fortune in shops.

I would try selling it on aquabid or ebay. That would probably work. And I do doubt it will out grow an 350 gallon tank, but you never know. And no matter what, I would not kill it. The poor thing isnt even really sick ! You dont just kill a dog just because you cant find a home for it, now that would be crulty!

Animals are put down all the time because there are so many - and so few people wanting to give them homes.

Putting down a fish in my opinion isn't cruel - as long as it has been given a decent few years.

I meant that you wouldent take it to a humane susiety or some thing like that first! Like you wouldent just kill your dog just because you were moving or something! You would take it to the humane susiety, so it would at least have a chance at finding a home! I would know I volunteer at my local animal shelter. It just makes me mad how many animals come in from abuse and other crulty cases. I dont want that to happen to a fish.

This is just me, but I LOVE the look of Bala Sharks. They grow to be about a foot, and although I've never had them, I've heard they are actually pretty peaceful. They like being in groups of 3 or more, too, and you definately have room for them.

I LOVE bala sharks too! I wish I could have them but sadly I only have a 55 gallon and 29 gallon, and the 55 gallon is fully stocked.
