3 Tanks 180 Gallons

So this time I will make 3 tanks. Two freshwater and one saltwater tank. These tanks will be side by side. But well this will be my first time working with saltwater tank. The guy I am making the tank for has other saltwater tank so he will help me with that himself.  Each tank will be 180 gallons. So I know I ask a lot about stocking, but any ideas on stocking for each tank? (This tanks are still under construction and I know I have to cycle before I add any fish)

You could put almost anything you wanted in those tanks!

I'd go with an African themed tank. maybe something along these lines?
-10congo tetras
-3 leopard bushfish
-4 African butterfly fish
-1 elephant nose
-1 armoured bichir

I have not really decied on anything yet. Except guy who i am making the tanks for defenelty wants gourami at least in one of the freshwater tanks. Construction of tanks start today!
