1 Will raising my tmp in my tank to its maximum kill all the damn snails? I do have plants but no fish....

2 any place that has an undrwate camera? I can stick in my tank....

I am not sure about the snail and temp thing, sorry. As for the camera you can get them from alot of places. I bought one for £8 when i was going on holiday on the plane. You can get a digital one from dixons for the massive price of £130ish for the normal camera and £130ish for the plastic casing to allow it to go under water.
