Setup: 3 swordtail (1 male 2 female), 6 guppies(2 male 4 female), amano shrimp, small pleco.

Can i add more fish or i am alrdy overstocked? Can i add a group of cory maybe or some more shrimp?

Thanks for answers in advance!

Do you know the species of pleco?
My main concern would be the species of pleco and the fact that you have livebearers which WILL explode with fry in no time

After some research i found the pleco.

Its a Borneo Pleco.

What should i do about the fry and wont swordtails eat the fry?(i actually havent bought the 2 female swordtail yet and think of letting single male one on if he doesnt attack guppy).
Could i just feed the fry when overpopulated to my cat maybe

? or get some male babies and then keep only 6 males?

I might be wrong but I believe that this "pleco" is actually a hillstream loach. They are sold at petcos as Borneo Suckers and I don't know if their requirements are the same as the rest of your stocking list.

I haven't kept swordtails so I don't know if they're aggressive or not but keeping only males would certainly solve all problems with fry. The livebearers could eat the fry but not all do. Sometimes you'll have a father who FEASTS on fry and other times they don't touch one.

Your first step should be to check out this "pleco", find what it truly is and make sure it is compatible to be in your tank. Next you need to decide if you really want to worry about all the extra fry that will come with having female livebearers
