13 Gallon Killi Tank

I've got a friend who is looking to setup a 13 Gallon tank and through a little research and window shopping has decided that he would like Killifish. Having no real knowledge of Killifish is anyone able to give me a rough idea if it is possible/fair to have the fish in this size tank and if so what species would be best, bearing in mind he is new to this and also i've got no real knowledge of these.

Its a learning experience for us both?

Which species you/he looking at, since some can be kept in 1/12 gallon tanks
so it just depends what species to be honest, and in that sized tank i'd say you could have 3 pairs if not more
