:( I'm sorry your fishy isn't well. What are your water parameters? Is your tank fully cycled? Do you know how old he is? He doesn't have swim bladder because swim bladder makes the fish float and it's hard for them to sink. I don't mean to scare you, but my guppy was acting the exact same way...

Do you mean that they are flashing? Like they'll rub up against something and make a quick flicking/turning motion? My guppies use to do that, there was a bit of ammonia in my tank, and even the slightest bit of ammonia will make fish flash. Do you see any red lines on your fish? Or discoloured...
