yeah course you can remove it after a few hours though or when they loose interest as it will mucky the water if left too long

I tried putting some in for my Corydoras and they didnt give it a second glace... Snails seemed to like it tho!

I always blanch my veg it gets rid of any bacteria on the surface. You caan feed virtually any veg or fruit to your fish within reason

almost any fish will have a nibble. plecs are especially fond of it.
