I would have two types of tanks - Predator and Community

The Predator Tank: (large)
Pseudoplatystoma fasciatum (Tiger Shovelnose Catfish)
Ctenolucius hujeta (Freshwater barracuda)
Hoplias malabaricus (Wolf fish)
Polypterus delhezi (Armoured bichir)

The Community Tank: (long) (heavily planted)
Otocinclus affinis (Dwarf suckermouth catfish)
Microgeophagus ramirezi (Ram cichlid)
Apistogramma cacatuoides (Cockatoo dwarf cichlid)
Nannostomus espei (Espei's Pencilfish) (very rare)
Paracheirodon axelrodi (Cardinal tetra)

Personal:
Betta imbellis/smaragdina/mahachai (Siamese Fighting Fish in its original form): I would like to raise a "purebred" species of betta since the lines are becoming crossed so much these days.
