I had a pair of orange a. cacatuoides but the female died. My excellent lfs ran out of the orange morph. I emailed Aquaticclarity and Aqua Huna asking if they would sell me two females. Both sellers sell cacatuoides in pairs. I have bought fish from both companies on several occasions. Instead of a return email saying they could not accommodate my request, both sellers just did not respond to my query. I find that aggravating. I think both socially and in business people should respond to emails. It is the civil thing to do.

So they didn't say no.....
In today's competitive market often times my choice of who to purchase from comes down to customer service. If a company charges a couple bucks more for a product but provides excellent customer service, I find value in that. I know I'm getting more for my money.
Also, it takes like 30 seconds ro reply to am email.

I know from being in the office of a seller that some mornings, there'd be 200 messages, and 150 of them would be window shoppers. A number would be attempts to get illegal imports, or impossible fish. Maybe, in the end, 10 of them really wanted fish they had, and 5 of them were willing to buy without demanding discounts. But if you're in the business and want to sell stuff, you have to answer them.

aquaticclarity is basically a one person operation and he can be slow to repsond or miss emails depending on what else is going on so the best thing to do with them is email him again or call him.
