My bricks are turning yellow and theres yellow on the glass as well, whats this? Any Ideas?

if it is a new set up it is likely brown algae (which is actually not algae but another critter called diatoms)..they feed off of the silicone in the sealant and it can very easily be wiped off. it will linger around for a while but eventually will go away.
cheers

Will it kill my fish? Is it now time for them algae eating fish to be added?

No, diatoms are not dangerous for fish at all, in fact they may like it. Brown diatoms are some of the brown stuff you see outdoors under water all over the place! The concern in the aquarium is aesthetic. Just gently clean diatoms every time you do your weekly water change (use a small sponge and do it just prior) and some of them will go out with the water change. Its hard to not get some during cycling.

Less light and more water movement and lots of healthy and growing plants are things (after your tank is going with fish) that will help combat diatoms.
