There are yellow spots on my molly and im concerned because i also think mine might be pregnant and i am concerned it will affect the babies

Very nice molly! Agree that it's natural colouring, have seen ones like this before. Don't forget that different mollies often wind up interbreeding in people's home tanks, then the offspring sold to shops. So if someone's gold dust molly crosses with a dalmation, for example, you wind up with different colours and patterns coming through.

My previous mollies were thought to be a black molly/sailfin hybrid, so while many were black with only the odd silver speckle, many were silver with black speckles, and even had blue scales coming through. So the people who bought the youngsters I took to the store had a variety of colours and patterning happening.
