Wow This Is Why I Love Fish

Just wanted to share a cool experience - gave my zeb danios and rosy barbs their first live food today, a few small earthworms. It was like they showed me their full colours in appreciation - every fish had a green/blue shine with the lights off, and one of my male rosy barbs showed some spectacular colours - the black line on the dorsal fin was so explicit from the rest of the fin, as was the black spot just ahead of the tail. Wil try and get some pics next time.

Is this a natural reaction or a true show of appreciation?

Any1 have any similiar stories re their first live feed?

Good colours can mean low stress levels, happy/contentness.
So not really appreciation, but it means you are doing good.
