betta 3"
4 pygmy corydoras 4"
6 galaxy rasboras 4"
3 endlers 3" (males i presume?)

thats 14" in a 9 gallon, not over stocked IMO i would add another 2 pygmy corydoras and another 2 galaxy rasboras

Depends on the maturity of a tank - correct me if I'm wrong, but a long established tank generally means you can get away with greater stocking levels - or is that an old wives tale?

How longs the tank been established? Seems pretty reasonable, depending on what flavour of rasbora's they are. If galaxies thats fine in my eyes.

i thought i was going to get a lecture then when i read that list phew and could instead of the two more pygmy cories could i have two normal size or are they to big

if they are brigitte rasboras then they only get to 1cm IME so you could have a lot more of them and a couple more corys

I'd say depends on several things (those below are just some thoughts):
* How dedicated you are to maintenance - the more you are committed to the more fish you can get away with (to a certain degree).
* Filter turn over - as above really.
* individual fish personalities - if they are all placid then you can afford greater numbers than if you have one or more that has an aggressive side.
* What does it look like to YOU - do you think your fish have a reasonable amount of space to swim around? Are they holding their fins close to their bodies (a sign that they may feel crowded, as well as potential signs of stress, illness, etc)
* Filter maturity - if you filter is completely cycled and matured then it can cope with more waste than a newer filter set up.

Based on Truck's 14" (of small fish) is a 9Gallon, I probably wouldn't add more, but may feel different if I saw it in person.
