I have a 30g tank with a pair of percula clowns,a pair of firefish and a male bangai cardinal. It has the usual CUC hermits(6),skunk cleaners(2),snails and bristleworms etc.. Also 20 kgs live rock,a deltec mce600 skimmer and bags of flow from 3 powerheads. Oh and some green star polyps and a couple of mushies(but I want to add more coral).

Would adding a female Bangai be pushing it too far?

The stats are all groovy ammonia 0, nitrite 0, nitrate 5(before weekly water change), ph 8.4~8.5.

IMO, no, adding another cardinal would not be pushing it too far.

agreed, bangai are low maitanance fish, another after that just might be a tad bit far :fun:

Thats ok,6 is plenty enough fish,I'm just glad I can fit in a lady for the bangai. He should be happier in the long run with a partner. Now for more corals :hey:

Yeah go ahead with another Banggai. They are much happier with company. No more after that though IMO although you've already said that's enough for you.

Good on you for checking before you buy. I wish more people did it :good:
