i would like a small pond in my back garden maybe 3ft by 1ft or around that size, i don't want to keep fish in it, all i want in there is insects and nymphs.

1) how would i get the bugs and nymphs in there to start off with
2) where can i find a pond this size

thanks

it is posible

in most cases the bugs will come to you , there always on the look out for new places to lay there eggs and live

and you could use a small pondliner nothing to thick and they dont cost that much

how long will it take for the pond to have a good variety of bugs?

could be 2-3 months

it really depends on the population of wildlife in your area

i dont really see how you would inport bugs into the wildlife pond , it will take time for the pond to become astablished for the wildlife
