Would This Be Ok?

hi i have a small blackmoor an a small oranda i have had them for a couple of months there ok an i got the blackmoor for a prezzi stupid uncles thanks lol anyway so i dident have time 2 cycle or anythin there doin fine i think the tank cyeld or summit coz all you people said the water gose dirty and its just not its stays crystal clearall the time anyway my sis is gettin me a bigger tank for them yay and i was woundering if i would be safe in putting my fish in a cycled tank or would it be dangerous?

Have you tested the tank with a testing kit?

And yes you want to put fish into a cycled tank...
