Hey all -
I've been in the tropical fish hobby for many years now.
I currently have a 55 gallon tank with an Eheim classic 2215 filter
I unfortunately lost all my African Cichlids due to my 11 day power outage from Superstorm Sandy.
I'm thinking of starting fresh and setting up a saltwater tank.
I would like to perhaps start of slow -as i know that saltwater - especially reef tanks are for the most experienced fish keepers.
With my current setup how can i best begin to dip my feet into the saltwater hobby? I was thinking of starting off with a fish only tank w/o getting into the invertebrates and live coral just yet.
Any advice would be much appreciated. Thank you
