I am looking after Minxy's iggy & ziggy, they are just great, here is Ziggy asleep in a plant after a bellyfull of prawn.

thats it settled then a bichir it is. i was going to get another after mine mnanaged to squeeze througha gap in the cover glas and got cooked by the lights but decided against it when i saw just what they were capable of fitting in their mouths. now that wont be a problem this is the ideal opportunity to indulge . might go for an ornate , or 1 of the more unusual ones if i can find em tho .

It might be worth asking Nelly about the channa ornatipinnis he has, I know they are not Birchir but they look very pretty. But I have no idea if they would be compatable with Oscars, you would have to look that one up.

Yep ornatipinnis are subtrop, wouldnt be compatible long term at the Oscar temps.
